In fact, I rarely meet with clients in the evening, nor do I take calls on my cell phone at all hours. I often turn down listings (more than I take, to be honest) and I refuse to work with buyers who won't sign a 6-12 month buyer agency agreement.

But my real estate business didn't always look like this.

Before I figured out how to turn on my "Automatic Prospecting Machine" and generate a steady stream of ready-to-act buyers and sellers at will...I was like every other agent.

Cold calling...knocking on doors...chasing FSBOs and expired listings...and running my butt off working with buyers who ended up buying through someone else.
